Using Fwocus

These terms apply to your use of the Fwocus website at fwocus.com and app at app.fwocus.com. Fwocus is operated by Galanthos Limited, a Hong Kong registered company.

By using Fwocus, you agree to these terms. If you cannot legally enter into this agreement yourself, you must have any authorization required from a parent or guardian. Please do not use the service if you do not agree.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your email and sign-in access, and the activity you authorize through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the notes, tasks, images, URLs, and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and maintain Fwocus. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use the content you supply.

Cloud sync requires sign-in and connectivity. Uploaded background images remain in the browser where you added them; they do not sync between devices. Keep your own copies of important content, particularly before clearing browser storage or changing devices.

Free, Pro, and Lifetime

Free includes the core timers, tasks, notepad, sounds and music tools, Base theme and free backgrounds, today’s totals and streaks, one custom background for signed-in accounts, and supported cloud sync. The features we have promised as free will stay free.

Pro adds paid themes and their backgrounds, advanced focus history and analytics, and multiple saved custom backgrounds. Pro currently allows up to 20 saved custom backgrounds, including up to five uploaded images. Uploads remain browser-local.

The Lifetime launch offer includes permanent Pro access and all future Fwocus updates, with no recurring subscription. It applies to Fwocus, not unrelated products. The launch offer is available for a limited time and will be removed soon; removing the offer does not remove access already purchased. Lifetime access does not guarantee that an online service can operate indefinitely.

The plan and final amount shown at checkout govern your purchase. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Stripe may offer local-currency pricing or conversion. Any future recurring-price change will be communicated before it applies, with any notice and cancellation rights required by law.

Checkout and payments

Purchases use Stripe-hosted Checkout and Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe, through Link, acts as merchant of record for these transactions and handles payment processing, applicable indirect tax, and transaction support. The payment terms presented at checkout also apply.

Paid access begins after payment is confirmed. A delayed or unsuccessful payment may delay access. Please use the same Fwocus account for checkout and the app so that your purchase can be linked correctly.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically and charge the applicable recurring amount unless cancelled. Yearly billing collects the full annual charge, not twelve monthly payments.

Changing or cancelling your plan

Open Settings → Account → Manage plan to manage a recurring subscription, update billing information, or cancel renewal. Link also provides purchase and subscription support. Review the confirmation screen for the effective date and any charge or credit before making a change.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while keeping Pro access through the end of the paid period. Changing billing frequency may create a prorated charge or credit or take effect at the end of the current period, as shown in the billing portal. Closing the app, signing out, or clearing browser data does not cancel a subscription.

If a renewal payment fails, Fwocus provides a three-day grace period after the paid period ends. Payment retries do not restart that grace period. If payment remains unresolved, access returns to Free. An unsuccessful initial payment does not grant Pro access.

If you move from a recurring subscription to Lifetime, the full Lifetime price plus applicable tax is charged as a separate purchase. After that payment is confirmed, we cancel your recurring subscription without an automatic prorated credit or refund for unused time. Any applicable statutory rights and Link refund rules still apply.

When paid access ends, unavailable themes fall back to Base and advanced analytics lock. Saved preferences, focus history, and extra backgrounds can remain stored for later access; Free accounts can use one custom background at a time.

Refunds and payment disputes

For a purchase made through Managed Payments, request transaction help or a refund through Link support. You can also email hello@galanthos.com for help with Fwocus or locating your purchase. Refunds are subject to the applicable Link refund policy and your rights under consumer law. These terms do not limit any mandatory refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights.

A full refund or a lost payment dispute removes access associated with that purchase. An open dispute can temporarily suspend that purchase’s access pending resolution. A partial refund does not by itself remove Pro access, and a separate valid entitlement remains effective.

Using the service responsibly

Please do not use Fwocus to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute harmful content or malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or paid-feature restrictions, or access another person’s account without permission.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, fraud, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about it. This does not remove rights you have under applicable law.

Fwocus’s software, branding, and supplied designs and media belong to their respective owners. Your access allows you to use the service; it does not transfer ownership or grant rights to redistribute its assets.

Third-party services and availability

Embedded music, videos, custom media hosts, sign-in providers, and payment services have their own terms and availability. A paid Fwocus plan does not include a subscription or licence to a separate music or media provider. Third-party content can change or become unavailable.

We work to keep Fwocus useful and reliable, but interruptions, errors, browser restrictions, and delayed sync can occur. Timer alerts, audio, and picture-in-picture depend on your browser and device. Fwocus is a productivity tool, not a safety-critical alarm or a guarantee of a particular result.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and getting help

Fwocus will continue to evolve. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements and will provide notice of material changes where required. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Changes do not override rights arising from an existing purchase or applicable law.
